Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
The C2C platform and application team welcomes you via its electronic platform and application. C2C platform and application informs you that, out of its utmost care and full awareness that the user has certain rights via the platform and application, it strives to maintain the information of the Seller, Buyer, and Inspector in accordance with the mechanisms of this Privacy and Confidentiality Policy implemented on the C2C platform and application.
Accordingly, the C2C platform and application notifies you that, pursuant to the Usage Agreement concluded between the User and the C2C platform and application, this document informs you of the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy implemented on the C2C platform and application. Furthermore, in accordance with Clause 4 of Article Fifteen of the Usage Agreement, the C2C platform and application has established these rules, the "Privacy and Confidentiality Policy," to clarify and define the confidentiality and privacy mechanisms implemented on the C2C electronic platform and application.
Please review this policy carefully, as by accessing the C2C platform and application and using your private or public sales cart, or conducting purchase operations on the platform and application, all your information becomes subject to this policy.
Information Obtained and Retained by the C2C Platform and Application in its Electronic Systems :
1. The User's personal information, such as name, email address, national ID number or residence permit number, and mobile number.
2. In case the User does not provide the required information, the C2C platform and application may attempt to obtain it from other sources when necessary.
3. Information about the goods sold and the Seller's bank account details.
4. The C2C platform and application is aware of the type and value of goods or commodities traded between the Seller and the Buyer in the private sales cart within the C2C platform and application.
Sharing Seller or Buyer Information:
· Naturally, the C2C platform and application strives to retain this information in a manner that preserves the User's privacy. The C2C platform and application retains this information solely for the purpose of improving the platform's quality, safeguarding the User's rights, and ensuring the security and safety of their transactions on the platform and application during the execution of sales and purchase operations.
· As a general rule, all this information is only accessible to certain personnel responsible for the C2C platform and application, and it will not be published or disseminated to others without a legal pretext that does not violate the Usage Agreement.
· Since the C2C platform and application seeks to protect the Buyer's rights, in the event the platform and application notices any irregular or illegal activity conducted by a Seller, the C2C platform and application – in application of the terms, clauses, and provisions of the Usage Agreement and as it strives to the utmost to maintain the safety and protection of Users' rights – may share any of this information with the competent authorities to take necessary action against the violating Seller. This is to protect the C2C platform and application and other Users from any legal liability that may arise on the platform or for any of its users as a result of this illegal or irregular activity.
· A Seller who adds a product or commodity for sale in the private sales cart within the C2C platform or application, aiming to complete a sale transaction with a Buyer with whom the details, price, and condition of the transaction were pre-arranged outside the framework of the platform and application, thereby grants the Platform and the Buyer the right to access some of their information that will appear within the invoice details, such as the Seller's information, mobile number, and bank account information, so that the Buyer can transfer the value or price of the commodity to them within the allowed product reservation period.
To What Extent is the Confidentiality of Seller and Buyer Information Secure?
· The C2C platform and application strives to maintain the confidentiality of its users' information, and the users' privacy policy shall not contravene the provisions of the Usage Agreement or the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy. However, given that this cannot be guaranteed 100% in (cyberspace), the C2C platform and application team advises the following:
· The C2C platform and application strives to maintain all User information and prevent access to it by any person in violation of the policy implemented on the C2C platform and application.
· The C2C platform and application works to protect User information under electronic and technical protection systems of high quality that are updated continuously and periodically. However, since the internet network cannot be guaranteed 100% due to potential breaches or viruses affecting electronic protection systems and firewalls implemented on the C2C platform or application, the C2C platform and application works to the best of its ability to preserve Users' information and their transaction records.
Strategic and Logistics Services (Third-Party Services):
The User acknowledges with full and undeniable awareness that upon requesting a service provided by a third party, they grant full and complete authorization, empowerment, and permission to the C2C platform and application to provide the service provider with the data of the Seller, Buyer, or User, such as: username, personal phone number, address, and other information required by the service provider (the Third Party). This is to enable the service provider (the Third Party) to deliver the requested service to the User.
C2C Platform and Application Usage Rules and Provisions:
All obligations of the C2C platform and application, all obligations of its users, and all rights arising from the relationship between the User and the C2C platform and application, are derived from the agreements concluded between the User and the C2C platform and application upon using the C2C platform or application.
